Brownstoner reports that all 14 "loft-inspired" units at the new building at 320 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg were rented in one day.

The building offers studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment with very high ceilings (17'), open layouts and plenty of closet space.
As of 6pm on Monday, there were several listings still pending (with applications having apparently been filed) on the aptsandlofts' web site (2-bedrooms priced between $2,550 and $2,675).
