Another affordable apartment lottery has been announced. This time, we're talking about 160 South 2nd street in Williamsburg.
3 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom apartments are available for households in the $21,800 - $41,100 income bracket. Applications have to be filed before Dec 31, 2006.
