One Hanson Place is a This building formerly belonged to Williamsburg Savings Bank. The lobby features a 40-foot archway at the main entrance, terrazzo and marble floors, stone walls, arched mosaic ceilings and decorative chandeliers. The façade features a base of Minessota granite with Indiana limestone. The first floor granite base transitions to a brick and terracotta façade for the upper portion of the building.
