Applications are being accepted for 21 affordable rental apartments (11 1-bedroom and 10 2-bedroom) under construction at 116 West 116th street. Monthly rent will range from $1,250 to $1,540.
The building is being constructed through the Cornerstone Affordable Housing Program of the City of New York's Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the New Housing Opportunity Program (New HOP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation.
