Location: North-western Brooklyn. Brooklyn Heights is located directly across the East River from Lower Manhattan's Financial District.

Demographics: The neighborhood is predominantly middle class. Given the convenience of getting to and from Downtown Manhattan and, particularly, the Financial District, Brooklyn Heights is popular with Wall Street folk.
