Since its founding in 1981, Perkins Eastman has become a leading international architecture, urban design, and interior design firm offering programming, planning, design, strategic planning and consulting, real estate and economic analyses, and program management services. Perkins Eastman recently merged with LSGS (Larsen Shein Ginsberg Snyder LLP).

Rental Buildings

• Avalon Riverview (2-01 50th Ave, Long Island City)
  A high-rise concierge building.

Condo Buildings

• Centria (18 West 48th Street, Central Midtown)
  The exterior of the building is covered with a glass curtain wall made of an innovative material that changes color depending on the light outside.
• Cielo (York Avenue and 83rd Street, Upper East Side)
  A high-rise doorman building.
• 455 Central Park West (Upper West Side)
  A former hospital remodeled in 2002 and converted into a residential condo building.
