OUR COMMENTS

Although the neighborhood is technically Williamsburg, the buildings are actually south of the bridge, at around South 8th street. The closest metro stop is Marcy Ave J/M/Z, which is about a 10 min walk away. An alternative mode of transportation is Water Taxi. Yet another alternative is a shuttle bus and finally, there's a B61 stop nearby. With all that said and mentioned, some new residents (and many tire-kickers) have commented that the place feels "isolated". You be the judge.
