Clermont Armory Towers is a nineteenth century mid-rise doorman elevator building. The building's amenities include a laundry. Built in two wings behind the façade of the original armory, the apartments face an elevated courtyard. In an attempt to capture some of the character of the original Clermont Armory, three of the wrought iron trusses that spanned the original drill hall were retained in the courtyard, exposed to the sky.
