Looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment

I am looking immediately for a larger 2 bedroom 2 bath (greater than 1000 sq feet) in a doorman, elevator building....preferably w/a gym.. and in this environment hopefully no fee and a month off (isn't that the standard offer these days)

My range is approximately under $4200 and only within Manhattan (excluding Battery Park, area around Columbia, Anything above 95th street)

Please help me find this, I am looking for an immediate move in date or Nov 15 at the latest
