High Income, bad credit..any managment/owners in Manhattan understanding?

Hello,

I have very high income, substantial liquidity and perfect rental history but bad credit due to assisting a family member. Does anyone know of any Management companies/owners that are more flexible/understanding in regards to credit?

What Neighborhoods are you looking for? Rockrose can be challenging. Skyline Developers is a little more flexible. There is also a company called Insurent that for a little over 1 months rent will be a guarantor for you. If you show good liquity and income they will guarantee if you only make 27x the rent roll.
