Justice Department Sues AvalonBay

NYTimes reports that the Justice Department filed a federal lawsuit in Manhattan on Wednesday against AvalonBay Communities for failing to provide sufficient access to the disabled at one of their Manhattan buildings, Avalon Chrystie Place.
