Equity Residential Buys a West Village Building

Equity Residential has just announced the purchase of 600 Washington - a 135-unit apartment building in the West Village for $75 million. Morton Square, located less than block away from the espanade and the West Side Highway, is a 7-story apartment building constructed in 2004. The apartments are a mix of 99 studios, 23 one-bedrooms and 13 two-bedrooms.
