Last month's article in the Slatin Report [tells the story] behind one of the most talked-about new buildings in the city, the late Philip Johnson's "[Urban Glass House]" (330 Spring Street). Back in September, Curbed [reported] that construction had begun. The project was mentioned in the New York Times, New York Post, ID Magazine, Time Out NY and a handful of other, equally serious, publications. All this talk finally (and weeks later) made us curious: just how much would the privilege of living in this architectural masterpiece set you back?
