One Avenue B [oneavenueb.com] launches the web site detailing absolutely nothing, except what the building will look like. Going through last year's newspaper advertisements we found the following helpful tidbits:

It will be a 24-hour service condo
The opening date is somewhere in 2007
The apartment layouts will include studios, 1br and 2br units
Ranging from ~450 up to ~1,250 sq feet
Home features: wood floors, gourmet kitchens, souped-up ultra-modern appliances, bathrooms with "soaking tubs"
Gym on premises
Landscaped sundeck and storage
