Mott Haven To Get Privately Financed Condos

The first privately-financed condo project is coming to Mott Haven, writes NY Times. The 11-unit project is called Bronx Bricks. It's going to be a conversion of a five-story, red-brick former print shop at 305 East 140th Street (between Third and Alexander Avenues). Prices start at $395,000 and two units are already in contract.
