First Luxury Hotel in Harlem

The Observer reports on Reisman Properties' plans to develop the first luxury hotel in Harlem. The company is going break ground in August on a new hotel which will along Fifth Ave between 125th and 126th Street. The hotel, designed by Handel Architects, will have around 250 rooms.
