Equity Residential Buys Several UWS Buildings

The Observer reports that Equity Residential recently bought four Upper West Side Buildings for a cool $178 million...

The buildings acquired were:

• Parc Coliseum, and (two adjacent buildings together, for $75 million)
• Parc Cameron (for $45 million)
• Parc 77 (for $58 million)

P.S. The Observer mentions 238 West 71th as one of the buildings involved in the transaction. We consider it a typo - the transaction probably involved 228 and 230 West 71st together.
