Dept of Housing Preservation & Development tells us that application forms for 41 affordable housing rental apartments (studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom) currently under construction at 2-4 East 1st Street in the Cooper Square are of the East Village are now available. The deadline is April, 16th. Applications are to be requested from:

Extra Place Apartments
303 Park Avenue South, PMB 1122
New York, NY 10010

Completed applications should be returned to the P.O.Box listed with the application.
