Vantage Buys Large Queens Property

The Real Deal reports that Vantage Properties has acquired a large Queens property known as Saxon Hall. The building, located at 62-60 99th Street in Rego Park is the largest in the neighborhood.

According to the Real Deal, the amount of the transaction is $74 million.
