Rockrose is Splitting

The Real Deal has more on the Rockrose split. Rockrose's sibling principals are splitting the company into two entities, one retaining the Rockrose name, the other reportedly to operate as TF Cornerstone. At this point, according to the Real Deal, the properties whose fate has been decided include 200 Water Street (staying with Rockrose), and 99 John, 2 Gold, 455 West 37th and The View at 4630 Center Blvd LIC (all going to TF Cornerstone).
