Stonehenge Refinances the Ritz Plaza

Stonehenge Partners has closed on the refinancing of the Ritz Plaza, according to the company's press release dated August 4th, 2009.

Freddie Mac has provided a 10-year $151 million first mortgage on the luxury rental property located at 235 West 48th Street.

The property was acquired by Stonehenge in 1996.
