Downtown Jersey City

AreaNew Jersey

CHARACTER AND FEEL

The area is quickly on the rise. Parts of the Grove stop are serene and neighborhoody - brownstones line a park at the town center, rentals of all sizes are available in quaint row homes and converted schools. The main avenues boast cafes and chic bars, as well as discount stores and bodegas. Liberty Park is just a few minutes away, with The Statue of Liberty visible at the end of Grove Street.

Recently, developers have started building massive luxury condos and highrises throughout the Grove Street area.

Its convenience to Lower Manhattan (7 minutes by Path train to World Trade Center), and also to huge shopping centers and the NJ Turnpike make the area ideal to those with cars or requiring easy access to New Jersey.
