Emmes & Company was founded in 1992 as a privately-owned real estate investment company. Since its inception, Emmes has acquired over 350 assets on behalf of its affiliated entities, comprising 22 million square feet and having a market value in excess of $1.5 billion. It has acted as asset manager and redeveloper for owners of another $300 million worth of real estate assets, comprising over 1.2 million square feet. Emmes is currently investing in retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties across the United States.
