• Loft 25 (420 West 25th Street, Chelsea)
  A mid-rise doorman elevator condo building.
• The New Yorker Condominium (1474 Third Avenue, Upper East Side)
  A post-war mid-rise doorman elevator condo building.
• One Brooklyn Bridge Park (360 Furman Street, Brooklyn Heights)
  A 14-floor condo building. Built as a warehouse in 1928, One Brooklyn Bridge Park is the largest industrial-to-residential convertion in Brooklyn's history to date.
• Tower 270 (270 Broadway, TriBeCa)
  The top floors of the building were converted to condos in 2003.
