Kingsbridge

Location: North-Western Bronx. The neighborhood is centered around Broadway. Kingsbridge's northern border is Van Cortland Park South, western - Irwin Avenue, eastern - Goulden Avenue, southern - West 225th street.

Character: Kingsbridge has been often described as the working-class cousin of (more affluent) Riverdale, which is just west of Kingsbridge.

Van Cortland Park, located at the northern end of the neighborhood is the third largest park in New York City (after Manhattan's Central Park and Brooklyn's Prospect Park)
