• River Place I (West 42nd street & 12th avenue, Hell's Kitchen (Clinton))
  A 41-story tower on a 2.5-acre lot, offering many recreational amenities. Located next to the Hudson River promenade.
• Silver Towers (620 West 42nd Street, Hell's Kitchen (Clinton))
  Silver Towers is a high-rise residential property that covers an entire square block.
• 425 Fifth Avenue (Garment District)
  Mixed-use residential rental tower. Includes two floors of retail space, four floors of offices, a fitness center and a pool at the lower levels.

• 101 Warren Street (TriBeCa)
