Condo Buildings

• M127 (127 Madison Avenue, Flatiron District)
  A pre-war mid-rise condo building.
• The Porter House (66 Ninth Avenue, Chelsea)
  A turn-of-the-century mid-rise doorman elevator condo building. The apartments have very high ceilings.
