Schwartz and Gross

Schwartz and Gross was a New York City architectural firm that designed numerous apartment buildings in the city during the first half of the 20th century. Schwartz and Gross designed eight of the historic buildings along Central Park West (including celebrity-packed 55 Central Park West co-op, aka Ghostbusters Building).

Rental Buildings

• 103 East 86th Street (Upper East Side)
  A pre-war building. The apartments have high ceilings.
• 241 Central Park West (Upper West Side)
  A prewar Art-Deco building. Part of the government-designated Central Park West Historic District.
