Herzog & de Meuron is a Basel-based Swiss architecture firm, founded in 1978 by Jacques Herzog (born 19 April 1950 in Basel) and Pierre de Meuron (born 8 May 1950 in Basel), its two main partners. In 2001, Herzog & de Meuron became recipients of the Pritzker Prize, the Nobel of the architectural world.

Condo Buildings

  • 40 Bond Street (NoHo)
    A modern mid-rise landmark doorman elevator condo building. Hotel-style services and amenities. The apartments have very high ceilings.
  • 56 Leonard (56 Leonard Street, TriBeCa)
    A condo building.
