Rental Buildings
Archstone Clinton
(510 West 52nd Street, Hell's Kitchen (Clinton)) {24 available apts} Two 24-story towers. The project is built under
the 80/20 program and 126 apartments will house
lower-income families.
The Epic
(125 West 31st Street, Garment District) Environmentally-friendly high-rise building.
The 580,000 s/f base contains commercial and other non-residential
space. The residential units are above the base.
The Echelon
(13-11 Jackson Avenue, Long Island City) The building has the façade of
textured manganese brick and aluminium panels.
Units range from 503 to 1,176 square feet.
One Northside Piers
(4 North 5th Street, Williamsburg) A 29-story glass tower is the first phase of a new community development
The Onyx
(261 West 28th Street, Chelsea) The façade is comprised of
black metallic panels suspended from the
structure and fastened by stainless steel
bolts. The building is subtly
illuminated at night.
