• Roebling Square (80 Roebling Street, Williamsburg)
  A brick-façade building with five separate entrances.
• 99 Gold Street (DUMBO)
  A mid-rise concierge elevator building. 99 Gold Street overlooks DUMBO, the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and the East River.

Condo Buildings

• The Aurora (30 Bayard Street, Williamsburg)
  A new 12-story glass and brick condo tower facing McCarren Park
• Crescent Club (41-17 Crescent Street, Long Island City)
  A modern mid-rise doorman elevator condo building.
• District (60 Ann Street, Financial District)
  A mid-twentieth century mid-rise doorman elevator condo building.
• Five Nine John Lofts (59 John Street, Financial District)
  A modern mid-rise doorman condo building.
• The Gretsch Building (60 Broadway, Williamsburg)
  A mid-rise doorman condo building.
• The Harsen House (120 West 72nd Street, Upper West Side)
  A condo conversion with interior design by Andres Escobar. Family-size units are two bedrooms and bigger. The building is LEED-certified.
• J Condominium (100 Jay Street, DUMBO)
  A modern high-rise doorman condo building.
• The Jacksonia (131-145 Jackson Street, Williamsburg)
  A townhouse-style building.
• Lofts 1 (242 South 1st Street, Williamsburg)
  Former warehouse building with authentic industrial details.
• Morgan Lofts (11 East 36th Street, Murray Hill)
  A pre-war mid-rise doorman elevator condo building.
• nforth (161 North 4th Street, Williamsburg)
  A condo building.
• Novo Park Slope (343 Fourth Avenue, Park Slope)
  A modern mid-rise concierge elevator condo building.
• Scarano (52 East 4th Street, East Village)
  A modern mid-rise doorman elevator condo building. The building has won the Society of American Registered Architects 2008 Design Award.
• View 59 (24-16 Queens Plaza South, Long Island City)
  A modern mid-rise doorman elevator condo building. The lobby, designed by Andrés Escobar, is defined by a wall of cascading water and a 20 ft ceiling.
• new! 111 Fulton Street (Financial District)
  An 11-story limestone- and glass-clad condo building.
• 20 Bayard Street (Williamsburg)
  A mid-rise doorman elevator condo building.
