Building DescriptionA 28-story luxury rental building offering studios and a choice of 1- through 4-bedroom apartment layouts. The building was designed by
Shreve, Lamb & Harmon Associates and the similarities with the
Empire State Building are not coincidental - the same firm designed both.
Originally an office building, 99 John has been converted into
luxury rentals in 1999. The marble lobby displays original murals by Italian artist Giancarlo Impiglia.
